Hi, I'm Kaia Brown!

 I'm a rising graduate at Southern Methodist University, studying a combination of Fashion Media and Arts Entrepreneurship. My undergraduate years provided a fundamental understanding of fashion and the systems that sustain it. With a focus on journalism, the curriculum taught me to write and report on fashion across traditional and emerging media, including audio, video, photography, and social media. To enhance these learnings, my studies in entrepreneurship gave me a glimpse into the managerial side of starting a creative business from the ground up. With internship concentrations in content creation, marketing, styling, and sales across both small and large-scale fashion brands, I have gained a variety of real-world experiences that have strengthened my visual and business-minded skills, preparing me for a broad spectrum of career paths within the fashion industry. Moving forward, I plan to further my hands-on experience in the PR, marketing, and managerial aspects of the fashion industry to gain a 360-degree understanding of the creative, strategic, and operational processes essential to building a fashion brand.
